A workshop with participants from the Lithuanian Multi-actor platform took place in December. As the case is called “Small scale dairy farmers and cheesemakers in Lithuania” this workshop discussed sustainable food security-resilient and recourse-efficient value chains.

Prepared by FiBL, in close cooperation with the Thünen Institute and the University of Aberdeen and based on the data collection and analysis from all UNISECO project partners, Deliverable D3.1 from WP3 summarizes the results of the analyzed farms in the 15 case studies across Europe using three Decision Support Tools (DST): COMPAS, Cool Farm Tool and SMART.
