Workshop with participants from the Czech Multi-actor Platform and local stakeholders took place on 9 December 2019 in Vysočina region, the Czech Republic. 

A workshop with participants from the Lithuanian Multi-actor platform took place in December. As the case is called “Small scale dairy farmers and cheesemakers in Lithuania” this workshop discussed sustainable food security-resilient and recourse-efficient value chains.

Prepared by FiBL, in close cooperation with the Thünen Institute and the University of Aberdeen and based on the data collection and analysis from all UNISECO project partners, Deliverable D3.1 from WP3 summarizes the results of the analyzed farms in the 15 case studies across Europe using three Decision Support Tools (DST): COMPAS, Cool Farm Tool and SMART.
 

On December 13th, 2019, a workshop was held with key actors in Navarra.

This database contains farm data (e.g. yields) and results (indicators) from assessments with the three decision support tools in the UNISECO case studies: SMART, Cool Farm Tool and COMPAS.

Prepared by Baltic Environmental Forum Lithuania, Geonardo, Thünen Institute and the James Hutton Institute this Deliverable gives an overview of the communication and dissemination (COMDISS) activities of the UNISECO consortium in the first 18 months of the project duration.

Workshop in San Casciano Val di Pesa (Florence) with local stakeholders to discuss the policy and market incentives for the agroecological transition in Chianti area, Italy.

A workshop with participants from the Hungarian Multi-actor Platform took place on 10 December 2019 in Budapest, Hungary.

UNISECO presented experiences from its Multi-Actor Framework for Agro-Ecological Farming Systems and evidence from the case studies in Germany and Italy on the role of social networks in agroecological transitions.

The Italian Embassy in South Africa in collaboration with the South African Agricultural Research Council (ARC) and the Italian Council for Agricultural Research and Analysis of  the Agricultural Economy (CREA) will be hosting a workshop on the social and economic drivers of sustainable local economic development.

A conference and round table "Governance of agroecological transition and new farming practices" was organized in Budapest on 27-28 November 2019. The agenda is available here.

UNISECO leaflets were distributed and the general project poster as well as the HU case study were presented by Alfréd Szilágyi.

The 4th project meeting and workshop with members of the UNISECO Multi-Actor Platforms and Project Advisory Group was hosted by FiBL between 12 and 15 November 2019 and took place at the Bildungszentrum 21 in Basel, Switzerland.
